1. Services Provided

Global HR Management provides human resource consultancy, including but not limited to:

• Overseas and domestic recruitment.

• Executive search and headhunting.

• Manpower outsourcing and payroll management.

• Visa processing assistance and pre-departure orientation.

2. For Job Seekers (Candidates)

By submitting your CV or applying for a position through us, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided (education, experience, identity documents) is true and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate disqualification.

• No Guarantee of Placement: While we strive to find the best match for your profile, Global HR Management does not guarantee employment or a specific salary.

• Verification: You authorize us to share your profile with potential employers and conduct background or reference checks as required by the hiring company.

3. For Employers (Clients)

The relationship between Global HR Management and its clients is governed by these terms and any specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between the parties.

• Fees: Recruitment fees and payment schedules are as per the agreed-upon commercial proposal.

• Replacement Policy: Any candidate replacement guarantees are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed contract.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users of our website and services are prohibited from:

• Using the site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• Attempting to bypass security measures or scrape data from our portal.

• Submitting materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of Global HR Management and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global HR Management acts as a facilitator between employers and employees.

• We are not liable for any disputes, salary disagreements, or workplace issues that arise once a candidate is hired by a client.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from technical failures of the website or third-party links.

7. Ethical Recruitment & Fees

Important Note: In accordance with the Emigration Act of India, Global HR Management maintains strict ethical standards. We do not charge “recruitment fees” from candidates for overseas placements beyond the legally permitted service charges prescribed by the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE), Ministry of External Affairs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our business interests.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cochin (Kochi), Kerala.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
